At night, Livia was on her way to the warehouse when she bumped into Spyder, he caught her before she could fell down, she stared at him as she smiled, Spyder immediately moved away.

“I’m sorry” He said.

“Spyder, you don’t need to apologise” She muttered.

“Not for this but for the kiss…Livia, I want you to know you and I are suitable for each other, I don’t love you” He said, staring at her.

“Spyder, I know you don’t love me but try to love me, do you know how much I love you and cherish you a lot, if brother didn’t send you to spy on Vito will you get to know Swifty. Spyder you and I are suitable for each other but you and Swifty…”

“We are” He said, interrupting her.

He was about to leave when she held his hand, he removed his hand away.

“Can’t you see my love for you, I can even risk my life for you, I love you” She said, sadly.

“If you don’t have anything to say aside from this am leaving” He muttered then left.

Her tears were at the verge of falling, she bent down and burst into tears.

“I love him so much but he kept on pushing me away, why am I so unlucky” She thought as tears fell freely from her face.

She was still whimpering when Veer showed up and tapped her, she immediately wiped her tears away when she heard Veer’s voice then she raised up her head.

“Brother” She called.

“Why are you sitting here? Is something wrong?” Veer questioned, gazing at her.

“No” She shook her head.

“Wait…do you cry?” He asked.

“No, no” She said and smiled.

“Livia, you don’t need to hide…is it because of Spyder?” He asked.

She stared at the floor and nodded slowly, she couldn’t raise her head because she felt so ashamed, Veer smiled.

“I know but Livia you are my sister, if Spyder doesn’t love you get rid of your feelings for you and move on, you don’t need to rely on any guy, make yourself bold and stronger, don’t waste your time on the this…I know as time goes on Spyder will fall for you when he realises you are more better than Swifty” Vito assured.

“Really?” She asked and he nodded then pinched her cheek.

“Ouch!” She pouted.

Veer was leaving when she ran towards him and stood in front of him.

“Brother, can I…”

Her sentence was interrupted.

“No” Veer muttered.

“Brother, let me go and see the little boy” She said, holding his hand.

“Okay, fine” He said as he patted her head then she left.

Not long after she left, Roxy showed up, and she greeted.

“Roxy, what about the plan of kidnapping the lady in Vito’s custody, I know to find a way to get her since she is my brother only weakness, he loves her…if I have the girl and tortured her, my brother will surely showed up” He said, gazing at her.

“Yes, I know but I don’t think it’s time yet” She said.

“Why?” He questioned.

“We need to change the plan since Spyder has left there, we need to make another plan before we go and kidnap her” She said and he nodded.

When Livia got to the warehouse, she met the little boy sitting on the floor with his hand tied to the chair, they were two guards standing in front of him.

“What the hell? Why would you tie his hand” Livia said and rushed towards him.

“And who are you?” The boy asked,

“I’m Livia” She replied and he frowned.

“Leave me alone, let me go” The boy shouted.

“Hey, can you tell me your name?” She questioned, staring at him.

The boy ignored him and screamed, she immednodded covered her ear.

“Let me go…my dad is gonna send the Sheriff to arrest for kidnapping me, how dare you kidnap me” The boy shouted.

“If you tell me your name I will untie your hand but I want you to know you can’t leave here easily” She said.

He smirked and nodded.

“My name is Rex” He said.

“A nice name but why are you so stubborn just like your father” She said as she untied his hand.

“Don’t you dare mention my father’s name” He shouted.

As soon as she untied, he wanted to run away when one of the guards dragged him back and pushed him on the floor, his hand sustained a bruise.

“Why do you push him on the floor” Livia said, then the guard apologised.

“Sorry, let me treat your injury” Livia said, holding his hand but he yanked his hand away.

“Don’t you dare touch me” He muttered.

“Do you know if you don’t keep quiet, the guards standing here will torture…they are not like me, they are very dangerous” Livia said, gazing at him.

“Why should I be scared of them when I see how my father tortured his guards, I am not scared of anyone. Let me go” He shouted and screamed in her ear.

“Why are you so stubborn? If you don’t sit right I am gonna tell the guards not give you any food” Livia said.

He rolled his eyes ball.

“Do you think I eat the food they gave me? Lady, I didn’t” He said.

Livia glanced at the guards then they nodded.

“Yeah, he said he is not eating so we threw it away” One of the guards said.

“Rex, do you know that if you eat you will feel much better and strong, if you eat you can managed to escape from here” She said.

“I don’t believe you” He muttered.

She smiled and patted his head slowly, Rex stared at him in surprise, nobody had ever been next to him.

“Why are you so nice to me?” He questioned as he stared at her.

“I love kids and moreover you remind me of my younger brother who was killed by some bad guys” She said.

“Oh” He muttered.

“Should I send the guards to order you something to eat, will you eat it?” She asked and nodded.

She sent one of the guards to get him something to eat then sat down next to the boy on a chair in the warehouse.

“Can you tell me the reason why that dangerous lady kidnapped me” He spoke up.

“Sure, she kidnapped you because your father refused to pay my brother the money for his goods” She said.

“So you are using me to threaten my father” He said then she nodded.

Some minutes later, the guard showed up with a pizza, he gave it to Livia, she fed him.

“Can you tell me your name once again?” Rex asked.

“Livia” She muttered.

He smiled at her.

Vito’s Territory

In the middle of the night when Shine woke up, she was surprised to see she is still in his room, she got down on the floor and was walking out when Vito showed up.

“Where do you think you are going?” He asked and strangled her neck.

“Vito, please” She pleaded.

“You still have the energy to call my name” He said with a frown.

“I’m…so..rry…sorry” She stuttered.

He released her neck and pushed her in, Shine coughed trying to catch her breath, he moved closer to her.

“Why are you treating me this way? Why do you hate me so much” She said.

“I want you to suffer” He said, moving closer and she kept moving backwards until her back hit the wall.

He grasped her head tightly, he was about to hit her when Ms.Lillian ran in.

“Vito, can you please stop torturing her, she is…”

Shine stopped her before she could complete her statement.

“She is what? Ms.Lillian this is my room” He said.

Ms.Lillian ignored him and held Shine’s hand then she noticed she had a temperature.

“Vito, she is unwell and you are still torturing her why are so cruel, you brother is more better than you” Ms. Lillian said with anger.

“Do you just say that idiot is better me?” He asked and she nodded.

He called the guards to take Ms.Lillian out of his room then pushed Shine on the bed.

“Leave me alone” Ms.Lilian said but the guards didn’t listen, they dragged her out.

Vito locked the door and tied Shine’s hands and legs.

“Vito, please let me go” She said but he didn’t listen.

She thought he was gonna have s**x with her but instead, he sat down on the floor and brought his cigarette, he lit it up.

“Do you think I am better than my brother?” He questioned.

“Let me go” She shouted.

“No, you are going nowhere” He said as he puffed out the smoke of the cigarette.

He poured himself a drink and gulped it.

“Don’t get on my nerves cause if you do I am gonna torture you right now” He said in a serious tone.

She kept quiet and whimpered silently.
