CHAPTER 1~ THE REPLACEMENT
A young guy was in the living room sitting on the sofa chatting with one of his clients on the system about the money for the drugs he sent to him when Two guys named Shorty and Bullet with a girl named Rubella walked in, he stopped what he was doing and faced them angrily.
“Where is he?” He asked, in a cold tone as his gaze never left the system.
“Boss, we searched everywhere but couldn’t find him” Bullet said, with his eyes glued to the floor.
Without thinking twice, he took his pistol and shot him. Shorty immediately pleaded for his life while Rubella sat on the sofa next to him calmly.
“Vito, you need to calm down… we are going to find the bastard that stole your money” She said while holding his hands as she fiddled with it.
“Within two hours if you don’t find him, just know you are dead… how dare he steal my money and you guys didn’t know” He yelped with anger purely shown in his voice.
“Vito, they will find him, I will find him and the money” She assured, her hand climbed up to his shirtless back as she stroke it gently
“You can leave now” He muttered.
Immediately they left, He brought out a cigarette, and lit it up. He puffed the smoke of the cigarette then gulped the wine inside the glass cup that was placed on the table in front of him.
Not long after, Spyder entered and stood in front of him.
“Boss, we already sent the goods to the client, this is the money” Spyder said and dropped the briefcase he was holding on the table.
He opened it and saw the money then counted it.
“Completed… how about the goods I asked you to send to Mr Scrappy? Have you sent it to him and I hope you guys tortured Miklo very well yesterday” He asked and he nodded.
“We did but he still refused to tell us where he kept the money.” Spyder replied, staring at the floor.
“Bring him to me, I think I need to torture him myself” He uttered, looking away as he puffed out smoke from his mouth.
Spyder nodded and left, minutes later he came in with Miklo whose face had swollen up, Vito stood up gently then placed his pistol on his forehead.
“Where is my money?” He asked.
“Boss, I already told you guys the truth. The money of the goods was the one Mr Minor stole, I asked him to keep the money” Miklo said, huskily and shown in his voice.

“How come he stole the money and you didn’t know, everywhere is heavily guarded so how was he able to steal the money alone without anybody figuring it out. You helped him out ” He said, still pointing the pistol to his head.
“Boss, you know I will never betray you” Miklo mumbled out, as he dropped his head down.
He grasped his head then hit it on the wall, and hit his mouth then watched as blood gushed out from his mouth.
“All I want is my money, I give you guys tonight to find Minor and make sure you find where he is living with his family, if I don’t find my money Miklo just know you are dead because I won’t let you live…Spyder, take him back to the cage ” He ordered.
They all left.

At night Vito was in his room dressing because he had just finished fetchen up when Spyder entered to inform him that he had found out where Minor was living with his family. He immediately wore his shirt and wore his mask. He can’t go out without putting on his mask because He doesn’t want anyone to find out who he is so that if he is on a mission nobody will be able to recognize him. After he was done he left the Mansion with Spyder and Shorty. Hours later, they got to a small house, he commanded Shorty to bang on the door and he did, the door opened then they met a lady standing in front of them.
“Who are you people?” The lady whose name is Shine asked, gazing at them.
Spyder brought his pistol and pointed it on her forehead. Shine was scared but Vito didn't care, all he wanted was his money. He pushed her in, she fell down on the floor and sustained a bruise.
She whimpered in pain as she stood up slowly then walked towards her mom. She held her hand tightly, he took a stool to sit down on it.
“Where is your father?” He asked in a deep voice.
“He is not at home, please who are you guys? Don’t…kill…us” Shine stuttered.
Spyder grasped her hair, she whimpered in pain.
“If you don't tell me where your father is, I am gonna kill you” He said in a serious tone.
“Please don’t kill my daughter, I am a crippled and I don’t know where my husband is” Shine’s mom named Ms. Moore, who was sitting in the wheelchair said.
Vito brought his gun and pointed it at Shine’s neck. Ms. Moore tried to stand up from the wheelchair, Ms. Moore crawled towards him, holding his leg but Shorty pushed her away.
“Mother” Shine shouted and freed herself from Spyder’s grip.
She ran towards her mom.
“At the count of 1 to 3 if you don’t tell me where your husband is I am gonna shoot your daughter, how dare you husband steal money in my territory” He half yelled.
He commanded Spyder to point the pistol at Shine’s neck.
“You are making me lose my patience, I, 2 and…”
Before he could complete his statement, Ms. Moore screamed for help.
“Tell us what you want, we promise to do it” Ms. Moore said and Spyder glanced at Vito then he asked him to keep the pistol.
“Really? I want your daughter as the replacement of my money and if you don’t I am gonna kill you right here” He said with a frown.
“No, no, I can’t leave my daughter please” Ms. Moore pleaded as hot tears streamed down her face.
For the first time he felt sad cause this reminded him of his past, he immediately shook the thought off.
“If you don't do it then get ready to die… Spyder, shoot her” He commanded.
“I will go with you” Shine shouted.
“Shine, you can’t go with them” Ms. Moore said, holding her hand tightly.
“Don’t worry, I will be fine, mom…when Dad is back tell him to return his money” Shine muttered.
Ms. Moore held Shine’s hand and stared at her sadly, tears rolled down her cheek, she held her tightly as she stared at her, Shine bent a little and wiped the tears on her face away, Vito ordered Shorty to drag her up then he stood up to leave.
“If your husband comes back, tell him to forget the money that I already took his daughter as a replacement of my money, next time he won’t steal my money again” He said sternly.
Shine took a glimpse at her mom then they left the house. They got outside and were about to hop in the car when Vito’s phone suddenly rang. He picked the call before he was done with the call, Shine already ran away.
“Where is the girl?” He asked, angrily.
Spyder and Shorty turned back but no traces of her.
“Find her, if you don't see her you are dead” He said.
He was also searching for Shine when he heard a voice.
“I think I already manage to escape”
He walked towards the place and saw her trying to catch her breath.
“Do you think you can escape from me?” He said and she turned back, immediately she saw him she became scared.
He knocked her out before she could say another word.
